Welcome to Feinschliff. A culinary oasis for both hotel guests and external visitors alike. Nestled in the idyllic Au Park, we offer refined culinary delights set against a picturesque backdrop.
Our philosophy is clear: Austrian classics, deeply rooted in tradition and reimagined with a modern touch. Head chef Raphael Schlager combines familiar flavors with a contemporary signature, creating a distinctive culinary experience full of character.
Guests can look forward to a dynamic menu that is regularly updated, allowing room for seasonal highlights and new culinary inspirations. Upon request, your menu can be complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing that harmoniously enhances each dish.

For occasions such as stylish Christmas parties, festive anniversaries, or cozy team events, we are also happy to open outside of regular hours upon request.
